Please do a review of the product for us!

I thought I saw another Outlander with the Weapon R and he liked it! More felt power and stuff.

Take care!
E

Yup! That's the one I saw...See below!

I have the WeaponR secret Weapon intake on my 07.

Sounds GREAT and a lil quicker.

I didnt use their Ram Air kit tho, it was just a big plastic collapsible hose.I made a custom ram air with the stock intake arm and some intake piping w/hose adapters. Also, pull back your front grill (where the mitsu emblem is) and cut off a little section that blocks the intake entry... it enables the "ram" air effect.

Enjoy!

I'd want to see some dyno charts...the 'butt dyno' is notoriously innacurate. I've seen some charts for other intakes on other vehicles that gained some HP at high RPMs, but lost some torque down in the real world driving ranges.

It looks like it needs some kind of heat shielding to complete that set up. You may be doing more harm than good when the engine temps get a bit high and it starts gulping warm air.

Yes, below ~5 mph i am sucking in warmer air. However, at idle the stock air box heat soaked to the same temp... regardless of where the air came from. Also, once the air hits the TB... its alllll the same from there (unless your spraying).

My results are butt-dyno and ear-dyno... Inaccurate number-wise but highly accurate in my satisfaction. Im sure dyno numbers would show no major improvements.

Air Intake on 2006+ outlander wont affect low end torque curve due to the IAB in the intake manifold (Dual-Stage Runners)

MPG has remained the same. 15-20 city and 21-26 hwy depending on my driving style that day.

Engine temp stayed the same (hard to judge, but no noticable increase)
