Default New Outlander Owner

Just wanted to say hi, I just bought an 08 Outie XLS. Coming from an Acura EL, I needed something for the lovely winter in Calgary, Canada.
Just received the Blizzarks DMV-1 from costco, now waiting for the steelies to arrive so I can get them mounted.
Reading lots and getting familiar with the vehicle.
Planned changes are compustar remote starter/alarm, a double din deck, back up camera and 20 inch rims sometime in the summer.

You are absolutely going to love how your vehicle will plow through just about any amount of snow. IMO, this is the perfect vehicle for winter in Alberta.

Thanks yeah that is one of the reasons why I got it...I did months of research and finally settled on this. So far loving it just waiting to get the winters on.

Lol thanks ehh...20inches cos I always like my vehicles to look different. I hear that is the biggest I can go. I would not want to go any bigger though I think that will be a perfect size for summer.

22" is the biggest size I've seen on Outie.

Looks way too Escalade-ish to me:
