Thanks for the add.. sorry if this posts in the wrong place bit of a techna phobe

So ive got a mitsubishi outlander "56" had it a couple yrs all good till this last week....
Just had the car at mitsubishi garage for service light and asc light, diagnostic revealed codes c121d and c121e concluding i need a new abs unit... quote genuine part plus fitting just shy of 2k value part plus fitting 900quid

Heres where it gets tricky... im a woman my husbands away and i need to know im not being ripped off

Anyone else had this fault as ive been advised only mitsubishi can do it due to codes for clearing fault once fixed any advice out there or even reassurance not all garages r bad thank :-)
