noise on side driver

noise on side driver
Hello
Since the last big maintenance of my Outlander 2009 last week, I hear some noise on the side of the driver.
It stops when I use the brakes.
Does somebody know what it could be?

it sounds like a 'hiss' noise. When I release the gas pedal (accelerator), the noise slowly went away. Or when I brake it goes away immediately
Now I find it sounds like a fan (ventilator). It is always the same loudness and frequention
