O8 after market rim fit?

O8 after market rim fit -Update
already looking for summer rims...can you guy let me know if these rims and tires will fit the O8 Outie. I checked and it looks like it will fit just want further clarification from experienced outie owners. Rims was originally on 2007 toyota tacoma xrunner
Here are the specs
Rim specs (20" x 8.5")
+40 offset
5 x 114.3 bolt pattern
73mm HUB
Tire size is 255/35/r20
Here is the ad i was looking at

Yeah I was thinking the same as well. It looks like I will need new tires soon if I buy them...I will have a look and make an offer and go from there. Upon looking closer it looks like it got some curb rashes on them.
