Default ODB2 PORT- No reading

Hello all,

my outlander 2003's odb2 port has no power. the guy trying to use his scanners said there's no reading.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? i couldn't locate the fuse for it either. I checked the accessory socket fuse it's ok.

Corrosion on a fuse would be my first guess, but I have no idea which fuse.

thanks my mechanic said clean the battery terminals it had lots of corrosion(white powder). i cleaned it up with wire brush and lubricated with hopps 9 gun oil. going to test it out when i get a scanner.
