clicking noise start when i turn the key for ignitions, my question is :

Does the noise is from water pump ?

Sounds like the starter or maybe just the starter solenoid.

My solenoid would click click click when my battery terminal was corroded. I would check that first, because that's quite obvious and free to fix.

Second, how do you know the engine oil was low???? Was the oil light on??? Or just wasn't showing on the dipstick??? Most dipsticks run out when you're a quart low, which means you could have over 3 quarts in there. The oil light in most cars only kicks on where there is no pressure in the oil pump, meaning you're truly out of oil.

How much oil did you have to add to get it to full? This is important to know.
