Default Outlander decision

Hey guys well the time is right and we have the cash for the new outlander now, we live in New Zealand and are unsure on what to get.

Our preferences are:
2006-2010 model(pfl)
Leather seats
Sunroof
Touch screen navi
Reverse camera
Hid headlights
7 Seats

So basically here in NZ we get the LS, XLS, VRX, and the G spec

We have $20k at disposal and can add if need be
Is there anyone in NZ on here that wants to sell or is there anyone that could help my decision, we want to buy in next 7 days
Please help
Thanx

2005? So you went with the older model?

$15k sounds pricy for a 7 year old (gen 1) outtie.... but maybe thats what NZ has to offer?

Well its an early "2007." I believe they started production in late 2005 (something like November) and these were 2007 models in North America. In other parts of the world they must be sold as the year they are built regardless of what the model year is. So it is a 2005 Outlander, or a 2007 North American Outlander.

Yea I thought it was weird that it had hid and other premium features but for the price I was not going to argue.
IMO it puts the VRX to shame with features, just missing the sunroof..
I'll load pics up today for you guys and am happy to finally own 1 now...

Nice. Gotcha on the built date thing. Yeah I would say $15,000 isnt bad for that outtie

If you ever get rid of it sell the body kit to the US. We here in North America dont have it as an option. And I'm not going to sell my kidney to get one imported from JPN.

And if you find any leather dash pieces, let us know where. I'd love to swap out the door panels and dash pieces for the newer leather ones.

Glad you asked that as supplying such things is my neish lol,I can get leather covers made with saddle stitch and or whatever you want, leather door card inserts, easy to make, and anything else you require, I also make body kits and stuff and have a friend in Cali that can receive kits and make molds to sell local to USA if required,
