The engine in your Outlander would be the 4G69, if it is the 2.4L SOHC I4 with MIVEC. The same engine is utilised by the '03+ Grandis, '04+ Galant and '06+ Eclipse.

the 03 did not have the MIVEC motor.
In america, it was shared with the base galant and eclipse.

The 2004 ralliart also used this engine, search it as such and you should find a lot of write ups on it. This car/ engine was popular with modders. http://www.roadracemotorsports.com/s...x&cPath=1_5_13 these guys are the number one provider of after market parts for the 4g69 if you ever need anything
