Default Outlander - repair Strut Mounting

Hello,
Since last month I´ve hear a noise strange in front of my outi. I went to a dealer to try to diagnose the noise, and the mechanic told me that I need to change the strut mounting - driver side -and he explained that this happened because I changed (new) the tires (I put the original size 225-55-R18)?????
. So, this way I would like to buy (internet*) by myself this part, but do do it I need to know the part number (OEM). Where I can find the part number list for mitsubishi outlander 3.0 V6 200/2008? I really apreciate your help.
* Rockauto - or if someone has other place to indicate....
Rgds, Michelin

Moog part number is K160305. I'd put a lot of trust in Moog or KYB.

I wouldn't know of one in Brazil. Do you have any local auto parts stores? Here in the states, Moog is a very respected aftermarket brand for suspension parts. I'd at least call them up and see if they carry Moog or something similar. Stay away from Dorman....

Hello, thanks for the information. In my region there is only the dealer to by this part, so I do not need to say that is too expensive.
Anyway, I´ll try to contatct Moog or other store out of Brazil.

Marcelo

Try Ebay, I know your country requires a tax id to import goods I hope you don't have to pay high customs price.
