Outlander sightings?
Number6,
That's right, I forgot that the 20th Anniversaries were Black Magic, Jazz Blue, and Imola Yellow and the 337's were all silver. They were all nice though. I'm not sure about the new GTI's just yet...performance may be better, but i'm not 100% sold on the look.
Chenarm,
Eagle and Mitsubishi swapped models? I know Dodge/Chrylser and Eagle were brand buddies, but i wasn't aware that Mistusbishi was in there too.
When did GM absorbMitsubishi then? My factory warranty is through GM...isn't everyone's?
I'm confused now.[&:]

I'm not aware of a GM/Mitsubishi relation ship, but you could be right. However you need to be carefull about making assumptions based on finance and warranty companies, They often get sold or spunoff form the parent company without changing the branding. They are really just like any other bank or insurance company, and they do business with anyone.
I did a quick lookup,
They started a joing venture with Chrysler in 1970
in 1993 Chrysler sold it's stake in MMC.
I didn't find anything about GM, but the site stopped the history on 2003

There is no GM Mitsu partenership that I am aware of. GM- Toyota & GM- Isuzu, GM-Subaru, GM-Honda, GM-Daiwoo, yes, GM- Mitsu ..I don't think so. Chrysler on the other hand, has had a long relationship with them. Most of the Chrysler turbos are made by Mitsu including the one on the current SRT-4 Caliber IIRC. It was just in the past few years that Chrysler had a falling out with Mitsu. Likely due to the whole Daimler / Chrysler thing. Now that Daimler is out of the picture, maybe they will kiss and make up.
Nice ride Fisherman!
I purchased my Outtie from a Pontiac/Mitsubishi dealer in Frederick (Renn Kirby). They also have Chevy and Buick dealersin PA. They told me i could get warranty service at any GM dealer since it was a GM warranty. I haven't really looked at the paperwork too closely since we bought it, but will check again.
Maybe i am mistaken or he misspoke about it being a GM warranty. All i can say is if Mitsu advertises this,

Some cars were Mitsu cars sold under Chrysler or Dodge names. Such as the Mitsubishi Starion/Dodge Conquest, Mitsubishi 3000GT(GTO)/Dodge Stealth, Dodge Colt/mitsu Galant and later the mirage.
Under the DSM brand though, were the 1g Eclipse/Talon/Laster triplets, 2gMitsu Eclipse/1g Dodge Avenger/1g Chrysler Sebring, MitsuMirage/Eagle Summit. (1g=1st generation etc).
The current GS platform has several Chrysler, Dodge, jeep, and mitsu cars:
Mitsubishi Outlander/Citroen C-Crosser/Peugot 407, Lancer, Evolution X, and Delica.
Chrysler Sebring, Dodge Caliber and Avenger, Jeep Compass, Patriot, and Journey.
