Parking sensors
Hi,
Planning to buy 2010 Outlander soon, noticed that it's possible to install rear parking sensors however it's not clear if they come with a small display or just a buzzer. Dealer know nothing about this
So it is just a buzzer?
Thanks

4 rear sensors, and 2 front.
The only thing is that it could be Japan-market-only option.

rear parking sensors
Have a look on E Bay, a shed full of money cheaper than Mitsubishi !!
I bought a kit and fitted to the rear of mine in less than 1 hour, ( wired into reverse light), only gives an audible warning but very accurate. No reason why you couldn't fit a second set to front but would have to incorporate a switch in the circuit to prevent them operating in slow moving traffic / queues.
Have also fitted a rear view wireless camera to mine, again sourced from E Bay, this uses a small colour moniter plugged into cig lighter on dash and small camera fixed to rear tailgate and wired into reverse lights. Selecting reverse gear activates camera and monitor, works well even in darkness

Where did you put a sensors on the rear bumper? Can you give us a photo?

photo attached, sensor kit includes a 'hole cutter' and the sensors sit on wedge shaped mounts which can be turned so that sensors can be 'aimed' for accuracy. Some kits come with 4 sensors but I find that 2 are adequate
