i have them on order i would expect to see them in early febuary.

also i would recommend anyone installing this part to make a working template first and using the template to mark the hole.

if use make it with a thin piece of wood or plastic you can also use it as a support under the headliner.

Thank you for trying it out!

so you are making your own LEDs into the hatch? or do they come like that from the factory?

If you are making your own tell me what you have planned and I can try to help you out.

Attached hose today to cooler switch. Thanks for the instructions. I removed lower glove box and right air vent. Success!! I used a small swiss army pocket knife to cut the covered ****. Took awhile. Works like a charm. Thanks to Mitsupartsman and Jsrd.

Man, I've been working on this all day and I have no idea how people managed to cut that **** off. I've got some of it off, but it's certainly not a clean cut by any means, lots of jagged edges and pieces sticking out, and the hose still won't fit!!! It's a pain in the a$$ trying to squeeze my hand behind there to try and cut the **** off and then try to fit the hose on. And I don't even have big hands!

sigh...I'll work on it some more tomorrow I suppose but I'm really getting close to giving up. It probably doesn't even work all that well at the end of the day like someone in the UK posted!

Has anyone tried the iPod connector listed above yet? Will it allow you to control the iPod through the MMCS? Also, will that Kenwood adapter work with the MMCS or was that accidently posted?
