Default Passenger Side Dash Trim Removal

Hi Outtie fans. I have a question regarding the passenger side dash trim - The strip of plastic over the two air vents. My car has an intermittent rattle, and it's coming from behind there. Does anyone know how to remove this trim - I don't want to break it. Thanks.

Hi, I know this tread is old but i didn't find any ware how to disassemble the ac vents in the passenger side, did some one managed to do it?

I have found this picture that I think I will need to remove glove box assembly and then removing the ac vents, what do you think?

Thanks
