Default problem with my fuel consumption

Merci
.

Hello everyone,
I'm having a major problem with my fuel consumption.
I have a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander 2.2 Di-D, 4N14 engine.
My vehicle was running smoothly until one day it started smoking, with a loss of power, and fuel consumption ranging from 7 L/100 km to 12-14 L/100 km.
I set up my device to check for possible faults, but it didn't detect any sensor, air flow meter, or other malfunctions.
I then cleaned the particulate filter and replaced all four injectors.
I went to the Mitsubishi dealership to reprogram the new injectors, but nothing changed.
I'm still consuming 12-14 L/100 km, and I still have this black smoke and loss of power.
Do you have any ideas?
I'm now going to clean the entire exhaust system, including the EGR valve and pipes, while waiting for your advice.
Thank you.

Most likely you have a loss of air pressure. Check all pipes after the turbo and intercooler for leak/damages. In my case a rubber pipe after the intercooler broke twice. At the end I bought a silicon pipe for €80. It might be tricky to find the leak. If you have MUT-3 or any other tool capable of looking at the target and actual boost pressures, then use it to check. In the attached plot you can see how target pressure was way higher than the actual one measured by builtin sensor.

PS: Every year I do also so called "small fuel quantity" calibration procedure, it is max 10 minutes long. This requires MUT-3 tool. Since the engine is wears out each year the consumption may increase. Calibration may help if there is no any fault in your engine.
