I was a bit concerned there was no rear vents for the passengers..
but digging a little further on the Mitsu site it says there is rear floor heater vent for both outlander and outlander sport.

Can anyone confirm this is working ok and it is comfy in the back as far as climate control goes?

I wonder if you set the vent control to mid level only does it still blow any air in the rear floor vents.

 

They are there, kind of underneath the front seats.

They are OK, but it could be better. We often blast the front dash vents straight toward the back seats to help cooling off the rear.

 

in the old cars that's what we did,

better than nothing I suppose, I tested the 2013 Acura MDX, it cost $8k more doesn't even have any vents for the back.
