Default Replacement Mirror

Anyone know of a good source to purchase a replacement driver side mirror housing? (2010 Oulander LS Black) I need to replace the external black housing (as seen from the front of the car) and the trim piece that attaches to the housing from the mirror side. Got hit on the way out of the garage and got cracked/broken.

Thanks

Thanks for the link.
I am waiting on mitsubishipartscenter.com to get back to me regarding shipping to Canada. If it doesn't work out I will try your link.

Hey seajack, how do you send a message on the AutoCenter.net website. I registered but can't see how to contact them.

I'm thinking the same thing. I guess I just assumed you used autocenter.net before.
Mistubishiparts.com do not list 2010 model but I will get in touch with them if I can.
Local dealer wants around $550 Can plus tax. Ouch!!

If I were you I would try contacting a local jobber store, Carquest or whatever is close to you, and get them to see what is available from the aftermarket. I just had to replace the drivers side mirror housing on an 09 Outlander and I don't think the mirrror was $550 plus tax, I will check the estimate on Monday when I get back to work to find the price.

As for the outer cap on the mirror (painted body color) you will probably have to get that from the dealer.

Hope this helps. Will get back to you first of the week.

I checked on the estimate and the price of the mirror was $320.00 plus tax, not including the mirror cap. I would do some more looking before I spent over $500.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info Chris.
Where did you find the mirror? Do you work for a dealership?
I assume your price was shipping included.

I got the mirror from the local dealership after I had a minor traffic mirror that ruined the front fender and broke a piece out of the mirror housing. Have you checked to see if the mirrors are the same as an 09? If they are the same or will bolt on I would be glad to send you this one, you pay for shipping. I have the little piece that broke out of the housing, its about the size of a loonie, would be easy to fix and save you some money.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you are interested in the mirror.
