Default Replacing/removing the black vinyl pillar posts.

Hey Guys,

Has anyone removed/replaced the black vinyl on pillar posts of Outlander 07-up? If so, how difficult is it (to do it properly)? My Outies pillars are a bit scratched up, nothing major but still :s Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

A friend removed it from their LANCER using a hair dryer; he found that behind the plastic cover, the pillar was the same color as the rest of the car. I hope this helps.

Default yup

it's just a wide piece of pinstriping. Take it off with a heat gun and stick a new one on.
