Default RE: Review-2009 Outlander

thats a lot of driving, at least it seems that way to me. im curious how people get to 20thousand in a year. still boggles my mind. the wifes car is 2001 and it just has 57,000km on it. but this is not my point anyway.

im wondering when we will be able to see a real solution to the issue with the command start and the headache it has caused with the fastkey system. is this something that was adressed with the 2009 model?

Thanks for the comments.

The Outlander XLS and Rav4 V6 are the true champs in their arena. After owning a 37K Tribeca I can say honestly that the Outlander gives away nothing in comfort or utility and it handles better. I'd expect that the Subaru's AWD system is superior in some situations. \
We also looked at the MDX, which has awful room for a tall driver and the Highlander. I actually liked the Highlander, but it's really a bigger truck and my wife found it too much. The Outlander really is a true crossover.
In the end, if I hadn't wanted the occasional use of the 3rd row I might have gone with the 09 Forester XT, which is really a great crossover as well.
