Roof Rails removal?

i'm not sure how much the roof rails will contribute to its structural integrity, in an event of a rollover, though... the owners manual says they are rated to carry only 80kg.

i'd removed mine for almost a year now... i didnt notice any improvement in fuel economy, but 1 thing that is immediately noticeable is the reduced body tilt, when cornering.

i would, in fact, recommend removing it for better driving dynamics, not fuel economy.

Does anybody knows where to buy parts to cover the holes when you removed the roof rails?

i like my rails they just make a ton of rattle noise when a cross wind hits them!
