Default sat-nav and post codes (zip codes)

Hi I have just got myself a 2009 outlander fitted with the mmcs system when using the sat-nav I was disappointed that I could not search for a address using post codes (zip codes) is there anyway that this system can be updated to do post codes.
Thanks Davie

Did you buy upgrade DVD/key?

Could you please post Support info screen, like this one:

There's some chance that no postal code issue can be fixed.

ZIP/postal code is in the City page, is there any button between Keyword and Back?

I went the dealers today and they agree that there is something not right with it!
So it is book into them to look at it.
It is still under dealer warranty so I will let them deal with it thanks for all your help.
Cheers Davie
