I am interested in buying a scanne for my outlander. What do you think about Mut-3? I found some with very reasonable prices. Does anyone of you have this equipment? Any specific model/version for outlander?

There is some specific version?

Are you sure you want to spend at least $600 for just service required message? Is it an oil change reminder or something like TPMS or ABS service required?

First could be managed by just Info button, second won't be solved by MUT, you'll need to repair actual problem indicated by this message.

It will not be just for this purpose, but it would be good if it´s possible to clean the message "period inspection". Is it possible?

Yes, just read the owner's manual. Info button does the trick.

I found here in the forum, the topic about this issue. I did the steps and my periodic inspection was extended. I don´t know if I am able to repeat what I did again......
