Default Seat removal to install sound barrier

Hello,
I have a 2015 outlander sport with a ton of road noise. I’d like to remove the seats and carpet and install sound barrier in the floorboard. Does anyone know if I will screw up or disable any of the sensors by removing all the seats? I found one remark in the owners manual about a weight sensor for the front passenger seat stating to insure proper operation of the weight sensor if the seat is removed.
Any help would be appreciated.
Dave

as long as you unplug the connectors under the front seats with the battery disconnected there should be no concerns. If you do have the ignition on during disconnection then there is a risk of seat airbag deployment, or inducing a fault code in to the system.

]under the rear seat, which js clipped in using metal rings, which need a good firm pull upwards to unlatch, there may not be enough room for thick insulation, and bear in mind access to the fuel filter is under that seat also, so there is a risk of damaging the insulation, when it needs changing
