Default Service required - red X scan tool wont connect
I have a 2007 outlander and the service required message is popping up with a red X. I canot find anything on the red x anywhere i look. forums manual etc. I have tried connecting my scan tool and it fails to connect to the ecu and also wen to auto zone and their scan tool would not connect. Any ideas?

Blown fuse somewhere under hood? Maybe obd port isn't getting power? Just a guess...
