so since its beginning to become cold i have noticed a couple of problems with the outlander

i got a 2009 LS

in the front it seems like the fan is stronger on one side than the other side when i blast air into the windshield to clear things up

and 1 headlight is fogging up on the inside as well as both of the rear lights




does anyone have these problems also?

 

Dunno about the defogger fan - sounds like one duct or opening is clogged/obstructed?

The fogging within the headlight/read light is not unheard of on any vehicle. Moisture has gotten underneath the cover and is condensing on the inside of the lens cover. Maybe the dude who assembled your light lens' was scratching his a$$ at the time of assembly or taking a sip from his coffee and didn't properly attach or seal the lens covers. Sounds like its still under warranty? Take it back to the dealer to have the covers resealed.

In case you are wondering i have not experienced either of your symptoms on my outtie as it has gotten colder.

 

The manual states that is normal for both front and back lights I believe. If you are in a place with high humidity, it will happen regardless of which car you own (the whole headlight assembly is hermetically sealed).

my 09 corolla is fine as well as my 15 year old dodge caravan.

Yes, its normal unless it doesn't go away later. Especially if you park in a garage where it is warmer than outside. I would just leave it alone unless it stays there...the dealer should replace it if it stays fogged up.
