Default Slow acceleration

2019 Outlander seems to have no acceleration, it chugs and almost gets stuck while the RPMs shoot up. Also started noticing almost the feeling of the car stalling at times. When I start the car it is shaking. Dealership keeps telling me this is all normal. Any thoughts??

NO it is not normal. I have 2019, 2.4cc, it accelerate smoothly. But the acceleration might differ from old cars as 2019 models mostly CVT gear box.

Default Cat

You should post your miles also. If it's a high miler it sounds like a plugged catalytic converter to me. See if you can rent a temp gauge from autozone or other and hold it near the Cat., then check temp after cat. There shouldn't be a major difference.
