Are you talking about the translucent red paint used to paint the clear plastic covers of the rear lights?

You can get them at Hobby shops & craft stores such as Michael's or even at walmart

i did mine a few weeks after i got the Outtie.
pic taken from my phone camera.
got the film on ebay and it was machine cut for the outtie specifically. got a tint guy to put it on. took a bit of heating and stretching since the surface is not flat.

I did mine myself however I do recommend getting a tint guy to do it.
Also instead of buying the pre cut tint buy a roll of it because the precut doesn't cover the whole light.
Im going to redo mine eventually...

Well, the translucent paint is available in 8 to 10 different colors... the japanese prefer to use the translucent paint more than the film for the outside of the car... it's easy to use and apply, no need to pay someone else to do the job, just get some painter's tape and newspapers, cover your area well and spray, dries fast

It looks damn good (OEM quality), I was looking for a picture to post but I can't find any right now...

That looks good on the red outie. I wonder how much it cuts down on the head lights output?
