Don't think chrome bar is stock part, that's an accessory.

 

You are right, Vadimus, as far as i known, it's available for euro market, but i am not aware that is available in the NA or even JP. If you know the chrome bar info, please let me know, that'll help too, and much appreciated.

 

The euro accessory is for real.

But from the picture above (refer to those latest Outties), pay attention to the Mitsubishi Emblem, is much smaller then those without chrome bar, so to me, it looks more like a one-piece trim panel with the chrome bar than an add-on accessory.
