Does anyone elses tint scratch?

The tint on my front windows has scratched up. It seems that the window is too tight or something.

 

Common problem

 

Someone said that the new Outlanders (2008?) have a lining (felt?) on the inside window strip.
I had to have the window tint company install a felt lining.

Maybe the dealer will replace the weather strip for free?
I wish!
