Default Tires crack at the tread

Hi all I have a 2016 Outlander GT and I bought it brand new a year and a half ago and only have 14000 miles and the tread is cracking like it is dry rot. Has others have this issue? If so how did you get your tires replaced under the warranty.

Thanks for any help!

You have a five year bumper to bumper warranty, take it into your Mitsubishi dealership show them the rot and see what they tell you.

True...the tires on a new vehicle are covered under a seperate warranty from the tire maker....just call the head office of the manufacturer and they will direct you acordingly. There should have been some documentation regarding tire warranty when you purchased the vehicle. Best of Luck

They usually put a tire warranty card with your instruction manual contacting the manufacturer is a good move. I hope they replace them for you keep us updated.
