I have recently purchased a 57 plate mitsubishi outlander, elegance, and the mmcs (sat nav/audio) does not come on. You can open the screen and close the screen but it will not power up. I have checked both fuses in both fuse boxes ad they are good. I have touched the screen after it has been switched on to make sure the display has not been turned off but it still does not respond. has anyone had this problem before?

It should come on if you press 'menu' or most of the other buttons (with igniton 'on'). You can turn the display 'off' by pressing 'Set' then 'Display' then 'on' or 'Off'
