Hi all,
I am about to change oil in the transfer case and in the differential. My Mitsubishi Outlander is year 2011, diesel with the engine 4HK. I have found two kind of Castrol products. One is limited slip 90. The other one is Castrol Axle EPX 80W-90.
According to the manual the same oil suits both the transfer case and the differential.

Please avice which I shouls use.

In my opinion, get a 75w90. Which is a synthetic. I changed mine out at 60k miles...now at 250k miles. I check occasionally, holding up well.
