Default Treadlife on OEM Geolanadar Tires?

Hi guys, just wondering what others' experiences have been like running on the Yokohama Geolander G033 oem tires (what my dealer is supplying). I just changed my tires over and sure enough they are extremely worn to the point I feel they need to be replaced. I only have 46000km on my outlander, which includes 3 winters on winter tires. I figure excluding winter driving, I have about 32000 on the summer tires. I think that's pretty quick for my tires to be worn out.

The only thing I think of that might be causing it would be I bought a camper last year and we put about 5000-6000km towing on them.

Does this tire wear sound normal? Unfortunately I don't believe there is any treadlife warranty on them so no matter what it looks like i'm stuck buying a new set.

If I'm reading your post right you got 45000 miles, or 72000km (I'm in Canada, can't help but think KM).

That's a lot more than I got, in miles I only got around 20000. Ouch.

Mine are ready to be changed out at 60,000 miles(96560 km I think)on my 09. That's with running winter tires each year.

Wow, the only saving grace is I scored a set of new Goodyear Wrangler HPs for $375, they go for about $1000 a set here new.

As there is no treadlife warranty on the Geolandar tire but I might contact Yokohama and see what they have to say. Something doesn't make sense, I shouldn't have that kind of wear on those tires already.

I've been told alignment is key. I got the Firestone lifetime alignment deal. I have mine aligned every oil change, which is 7.5k miles at no additional charge for the life of the vehicle.

Thanks for the tip. I'll be getting an alignment done as soon as my new tires are installed.
