Troque settings for brake service?

Default Troque settings for brake service?
I have a 2009 Outlander SE 4 cyl with CVT and switch selectable 4wd. How would I get the torque settings for changing pads, rotors? Are there shop manuals with instructions online? I'm a DIY'er. Thanks!
