Default Navi Head Unit, MMCS settings??

I searched and didnt find any posts on this. When ever I set a setting different than the factory setting, some of them change back to the factory setting. It could be a while, or the next time I start up again. The two settings that I change almost daily (but not everytime) is the navi beep setting, and the navigator voice setting. I hate that loud beep, so I change it to setting #1. The next time in the car that beep is loud and check, and its back to setting #2?? What up. Same with the navigator voice, I turn it down, and I think twice its went back to the factory setting.

Anyone notice this? Or has anyone even messed with those settings yet?

I think there was a thread on this a while back, but I can't find it either. Its known that it doesn't remember the touch beep setting, but I don't recall having any problems with the navigation system volume on mine -- but I haven't done a formal check to be sure. I think we're all hoping that a future software update will fix some of these odd issues

Also manual or automatic reset of the MPG.

Do they actually do software updates for these things? That would be nice. Yes, also the MPG setting. I think I changed that once to manual, rather than auto, and yes it resorted back to auto.
