Default trouble codes p0335 and p0340, pls help

hi , i ve got 03 outlander, yesterday i couldn't start it and got two codes P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction and P0340 - Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
i tried reseting ecu and did clean all the electrical wiring on those sensors. Really suspicious that two sensors could go bad at the same time, but who knows.
still can't start, dont know what to do, any suggested would be really appreasiated, it is 2.4L 194000km
Thank you in advance
