Default TV installation on OUTLANDER 08

Hi every body world wide!! Has any one installed a TV tuner utilizing the AUX AV inputs of the mmcs? I am particularly interested on what
type of booster aerial to use and relative wiring arrangements.
THX in advance!!

don't think we have this in Greece.... I have a new DVB tuner (we are now... converting here from analoge signals!!!!!!) and I am looking for a neat aerial installation on my Outlander.
Thanks a lot for the suggestion.

Sirius TV installation package can be found here. Its a pretty easy hook from what I have heard been thinking about adding it for awhile.

Eclipse, Pioneer (AKA: Carrozzeria), Clarion and Kenwood sell TV components which plug into the outlander's MMCS without any changes or adaptors (there is a slot for them under the front seats)

you may be able to find them under these codes:
MZ608125
MZ608127
MZ608121
MZ608122

P.s. - They are not cheap at all...

Shambala do you have photos of any of these of comparison to buy them direct from the creators. Also do you have 100% confirmation these work when directly connected to the MMC. Which port on MMC do they utilize is it the same port the kenwood ipod connector uses?

Just checked the part numbers you listed all of them are complete head units they are not add ons for the MMC. They would replace the MMC all together.

How could you possible not have Sirius in your part of the world, the service is provided by stationary satellite's which stay in one place above the earth. Since the earth spins on an access its hard to imagine there is any portion of the earth which they don't reach (minus maybe the north and south pole). I understand you may not be able to purchase Sirius kits in the country you live in but i find it extremely unlikely that the satellite just magically turn themselves off when they pass over the country you live in.

As result im almost 100% sure you could purchase the kits from another country have them activated with a life time service plan and it would work fine.

Unless there is some other factor involved that you know about that i dont.
