Upgrade tire size

This is a question for the 1st Gen Outlanders (2003-2006). I have a set of 17"s and are awaiting for some new tires. Stock size is 215/55-17, I believe. Can I go 225/55-17 w/o any rubbing issues?

I'm running 19" with low pro and no rubbing issues what so ever.
