Default Using the BlueTooth hands-free

still waiting for the auto model to arrive some time in september. i have been wondering how does the BlueTooth hands-free work in the Outie. do you need to enter the address book manually or is there a more sophisticated way to synchronize your phone with the car.

i guess the simplest way would be just looking at the number on the screen but what's the fun of it then?

I have had to manually add contacts to the car. If there is a way to get it to sync up, that would be sweet!!

The bluetooth is very nice though, and it definitely helps keep your eyes and focus on the road. Safer driving is better driving.

I think there is a maximum of 32 entries allowed.

Got my Outlander on Saturday, Warrior version with leather. Pretty pleased with it so far. Mine came with seperate instructions on how to use the bluetooth. The Dealer said that Mitsubishi were getting lots of calls from people who couldn't understand the instructions in the manual and so someone in thier office had typed out simpler to understand instructions to hand out with each new vehicle. Got my phone paired in a couple of minutes.

I haven't got around or felt a huge need to program the phonebook...It's easy enough for me tojust use the phone's phone book, hit send, and set the phone down.

I should try it for at least my home and SO's number..
