Default V6 Badge

I was at the dealership having one of my Key Fobs reprogrammedafter an unexplained failure after only 6 months and noticed the 2008 models have a nice little V6 badge over the side turn signals. Anyone make this mod to their outie?

07's had no badge, regardless of trim level. they should just be a double stick tape application
I haven't seen these anywhere on the web as I'd like some also. If you check with your dealer they should be able to order them. If you find a price come back and let us know... I'm interested.

Somebody mentioned in another thread/forum that TOYOTA has nice stick-on logos available off shelf. They look pretty nice and can be applied in your situation...
but won't make your car any better performing... how sad this is... I wanna get one of those V12 badges off Mercedes....

My Outie is a 2007. Purchased it at the end of last year.

I asked the dealer if the Key Fob failure was a common problem and of course they answer was no.

Hi tx.mitsu,

FOB failure..... Just happened to me the second time .... Please call Mits Customer Service. We need to have them replace the units. I did call Mits Customer service (USA), they said to visit the dealership and call them back if it happens again. I found EDMUNDS test drive had a similar problem.

Did the other one work fine?

Does anyone have a part number for this? I wouldnt think it would be more than $15-20.
