vibration upon acceleration on 2008 XLs outlander

Help needed if anyone has this issue of vibration coming from front wheels even though I had installed new set of tires so want to know what to check to start with.

where do you feel the vibrations? feet? butt? hands?

Was the vibration there before the new tires?
