Default warranty on fixed items?

Hey,

quick question. I had the dealership "fix" my audio controls on the steering wheel when whatever button I would press would turn the volume down - this was done under warranty and not very long ago.

The problem has come back, intermittently. But now the vehicle is out of warranty. There must be a warranty on the work they do correct? Meaning, can I get this fixed again for free even though I am out of the warranty period?

Thanks!

I'm sure there is a warranty on the part they replaced. Call up your service department and ask.

Start with the service dept of the dealer that did the work.
