wheel studs??

Default wheel studs??
is it possible to replace just the wheel studs on an 03 outlander without replacing hubs?

They look like they're pressed in. This guy has the best idea on how to replace one:

But why not just replace the hub and wheel bearing while you're at it. Costs about $20 and comes with the studs in place.
