The setup on your SRT-4 looks hot...I actually have a Dakota R/T, that's where the name stems from..I have the same feelings regarding lack of power after I get out of my Dakota and into the Outlander...but to get over 20mpg is really sweet..Keep me posted on the intake, I'll check this thread frequently...</P>

i hear you i get about 15 mpg on the srt-4, i have lots of mods though..</P>

thats why i like the outlander, plus in the snow we recently had here in philly, it handled well</P>

Yeah, it handles great...the snow in So-Cal is non-existent, butgoing up and down the twists and turns on some hills is really great, and the sportronic is awesome..

When it's 15degF out I don't worry about cold-air intakes. I did rip everything forward of the air cleaner off though. Now she breathes rather better if a bit noiser on intake honk at big throttle openings.

I really wish we had a manual tranny option.

nice work ray. the 02-03 lancer intakes should fit. i have an 03 lancer and my significant other has a 03 outlander, i'll try to see if they are interchangable. motor looks identicle.
