I am so used to that that I did not pay attention before, but when I went to test drive new GT with a friend he pointed it out right away that Outlander has "rocky feeling". Basically it rocks like a boat when you accelerate or stop. Is it normal for CUVs?

Like Elias I don't notice this on my Outlander, but what you might be experiencing on rapid acceleration is torque steer. Many reviews on the Outlander do mention this.
On normal braking I don't notice any rocking, however if you brake hard simple physics says as the vehicle itself stops you the driver and passengers will continue to move forward (until the shoulder belt catches you) which could explain a rocking feeling.

For a CUV I think the Outlander has a great suspension setup. It doesnt lean and dip like your normal SUV. And the front strut tower bar makes it great in the corners. If anything its more on the stiff side instead of "rocky".
