Default Window weatherstripping on 2007 Outlander

Both front drivers and passengers windows have bad wind noise at highway speeds. It's coming from the top left of both windows. I confirmed it by putting scotch tape on the outside, and the problem went away. It's apparent the rubber window stripping has lost it's flexibility.
Has anyone replaced the weather strip themseves and is it a difficult job?P.S., if so, was there and aftermarket supplier and how much did they cost?

Thanks
