Default winter wheels

i've been running a set of winter tires/wheels for the last two winters. I have a set of aftermarket rims without tpms. I've removed the cluster and put a piece of black tape on the light, but there is still a warning message in the info display that you have to reset every time you start the car. It also returns every time the info display gives some other warning message, necessitating another 3 second hold of the button every time that happens. It can get quite tedious.

I'm not planning on wasting my cash in this way so will not even have the sensors installed. Only consequence will be the warning light.
