If you go this route. Step 13 is where you take the lower half of the bumper off and if you have mud flaps that has to come off too.

Heres the updated pictures. The last pic is 100% done with the harness extended to the left side of the hitch and attached.

I definitely like the look of your hitch better than my Curt hitch - yours is more stylish IMHO. I also like the harness mount which the Curt does not have.

What did you end up paying for the hitch if you don't mind me asking?

139.99 etrailer.com then I got the ball, the ball mount, and the lock. So I then got 99 cent shipping. Yea the mount was defently nice and thought out by hidden hitch. Where do you have your wires mounted?

Did I mention that the hitch is awesome for standing on and getting to the roof? Its a built in step the way they made them.

Right now my wiring harness is tucked inside the jack storage panel - when I hook up my trailer I have to route it out the hatch. Its not a big deal but your setup is much cleaner. I may have to change.

I guess not having to extend the factory wiring harness could be seen as plusfor the Curt Hitch. Since it doesn't have a mounting location for the harness, you get to put it anywhere you want. You just have to drill a couple of holes. I put mine on the right since the harness wasn't long enough for the left.
