Default Wireless Headphone for entertainment system

Got my 07 Outlander XLSfor 3 months. Love it so much.My Outlander is loaded with Video Entertainment System (Roof mountedDVD Player), but the system only comes with one wireless headphone.

SinceI got two kids,I need two headphones to keep them quietand enjoy my music while they are watching DVD.

Anyone knows where I can get an aftermarketwireless headphone that works with Outlander's Video Entertianment System.

Any feedback will be much appreciated.

Thanks.

You can use any infrared wireless headphones - there are tonnes of different makes/models/prices, etc. Check out the usual suspects (Best Buy, CC, Rat Shack, etc.) or Google will give you an overwhelming number of choices.

Have you tried this? I've been waiting over a month for the dealer to replace a broken headphone unit. I was going to buy a set of twofrom them, but if any wirelessheadphones work, so much the better!

Actually, IR despite being limited to only carrying one of two signal states, is ideal for digital audio transmission.

Yes, but as I noted in my original reply make sure they are IR and not RF - they are two completely different wireless technologies.

Just got a quote from the dealer on a single headphone unit. I didn't realize they were madeout of solid gold.

I could buy 3-4 comparable (or better) units from eBay for the same price.
