Default XLS 07 Lowering Spring Kit!

My lowering springs finally arrived. I installed the lowering springs in a 2007 XLS and I kept the factory strut/shock. Wow! what a difference, the truck looks sporty, aggressive, really nice and handles very well. The ride is a little stiffer without loosing the comfort ride. I have 20" inch wheels with 245-40/20 tires. The drop is about 1.8 inches in the front and 1.7 inches in the rear. Wow! I have had 3 days with the new springs in the truck and so far I love it!.

I bought the spring kit from a local distributor. The brand is H&R. Most of the manufacturers like Eibach and Tein suspension make lowering kits for the Outlander. These kits are listed in the German H&R and Eibach websites. Tein has them listed in the Japanese website. For anyone who lives in North America, H&R does not list the springs for the Outlander on their USA website. I contacted H&R USA and asked them if there was a lowering kits for the Outlander. The customer service dept. told me that they have a few kits in stock for the Outlander. So I contacted my local H&R distributor and they were able to get them for me in a week.
Pictures coming soon!

Awesome! Can I ask how much it came to? And was it difficult to install?

+1 on price - curious to know if they'll wear down the stock shocks quicker...i usually upgraded my shocks when dropping my ride...
